Refund and Cancellation Policy

COVID-19 Refund & Cancellation Policy

For the latest updates on the impact of the pandemic on camp, please view our Surf Camp & COVID-19 update page.

As a result of the ongoing pandemic situation, Surf Camp is forming various contingency and health safety plans for the Summer 2020 season. No final decisions have been made at this time as to what changes will need to be implemented or whether the season will proceed as scheduled. We will follow the health and safety guidance issued by state and local health authorities as that guidance becomes clear.

In the event that Surf Camp is unable to open for the 2020 season, or in the event that we are not able to operate at full capacity, all currently enrolled customers will be given two options:

  1. Receive a credit for the 2021 season equal to 90% of the value of your existing booking(s). A period of early enrollment for 2021 will be provided exclusively to those who select this option.
  2. Receive a cash refund in the amount of 75% of your original booking(s).

We will provide prompt updates via email to all of our customers as the situation for 2020 is clarified.

Standard Refund & Cancellation Policy

At the time of booking, 25% of the value of any reservation is considered to be a non-refundable deposit. When paid in full, reservations in Surf Camp (including day camp, lessons, adult camp, alumni weekend, and any other surf camp offerings) are considered non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • Timely Cancellation
In the event of timely cancellation (at least one-month prior to your reservation date), we will refund your reservation for up to 75% of its value. Within one-month of the reservation date, the entire reservation is non-refundable.
  • Space Filled by Another Participant
If we are able to fill your space prior to the reservation date (e.g., with someone from our waitlist), we will refund your reservation for up to 75% of its value.

Refunds are not provided for unfavorable wave, weather, or other adverse conditions outside of our control.
